*Build quality work with a team that values craftsmanship, accountability and satisfied customers.* *The opportunity* Stand Tall Contracting is growing and is looking for an experienced renovation carpenter who takes ownership of their work from start to finish. You will work on residential and/or commercial projects with a team committed to strong workmanship, respectful customer service and doing the job properly. *What you will bring* · At least 3 years of carpentry or related renovation experience · Demonstrated pride in workmanship and a consistent focus on quality · The ability to work independently, take initiative and require minimal supervision · A reliable, team-oriented approach and accountability for your work · Professional, respectful communication with customers and coworkers · Comfort working safely at heights · The ability to safely perform renovation work, including lifting, carrying, standing and working in varied positions · A valid driver's licence, reliable vehicle and your own tools · A smartphone and basic computer skills · The ability to successfully complete a criminal background check *Work schedule* · Full-time, permanent position · Five days per week · In-person work at project locations · Overnight work may be required · Out of town work may be required *Why Stand Tall Contracting* Our culture is built around teamwork, reliability, accountability and high standards.
