Quality is not a metric for us, it is a non-negotiable operating principle.At Fractional HR Experts Inc., we are building a category-defining firm where HR is no longer reactive but strategic, embedded, and transformational.Role OverviewAs a Founding Partner / C-Suite Co-Founder, you will play a defining role in shaping the trajectory, architecture, and long-term success of Fractional HR Experts Inc.This is not a traditional leadership role, it is an ownership position.You will help build the company from the inside out: shaping strategy, driving market expansion, forming high-value partnerships, and defining how modern fractional HR is delivered at scale.You will operate at the intersection of strategy, growth, brand, and people systems, ensuring our services remain ahead of market demand while staying deeply human at their core.You will also act as a visible representative of the firm in the market helping establish Fractional HR Experts as a trusted leader in modern HR transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Growth & PartnershipsIdentify and secure high-value strategic partnerships aligned with our standards and valuesBuild long-term relationships with founders, executives, and organizations undergoing growth transformationShape the company?s partnership ecosystem and expansion strategyBusiness & Revenue DevelopmentLead top-of-funnel and enterprise growth initiatives across key marketsDevelop scalable strategies for client acquisition and expansionTranslate market opportunities into sustainable revenue channelsFounder-Level Brand LeadershipAct as a senior representative and public-facing leader of Fractional HR ExpertsClearly articulate our positioning in the HR, people, and scaling ecosystemElevate our presence through executive conversations, partnerships, and thought leadershipMarket Insight & Thought LeadershipMonitor and interpret evolving trends in HR, workforce design, and organizational scalingContribute to thought leadership that positions the firm at the forefront of modern HR practiceRepresent the organization in strategic conversations, panels, and industry forumsInternal Alignment & Co-BuildingCollaborate directly with founding leadership to refine strategy, service offerings, and delivery modelsContribute to building internal systems, frameworks, and scalable methodologiesHelp shape company culture rooted in transparency, performance, and human-centric leadershipWhat We Are Looking ForExecutive / C-Suite ExperienceBackground as a CPO, VP People, VP Operations, Head of Talent, or equivalent senior leadership roleExperience within high-growth, fast-scaling, or venture-backed environmentsDirect involvement in building or scaling teams, revenue, or people infrastructureProven Builder MindsetDemonstrated success in business development, partnerships, or organizational growthStrong understanding of how people strategy connects directly to business performanceExperience operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environmentsNetwork & Market PresenceEstablished relationships within HR, founder, executive, or scaling-com- Location Toronto, ON
