We're looking for someone who is ready to bring skill, heart, and pride to a company that values all three.</span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Role:</strong> Licensed Refrigeration HVAC Technician</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Location:</strong> North Augusta, ON</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Pay:</strong> $30–$48 per hour</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Schedule:</strong> 7:30 AM–4:30 PM Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 AM–12:00 PM on Fridays.</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Your Day-to-Day:</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Reporting each morning to our central North Augusta location, you'll head out to:</span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Install residential AC units, heat pumps & gas furnaces</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Diagnose and repair AC systems, heat pumps & gas furnaces</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Your expertise as a Licensed Refrigeration HVAC Technician will directly impact customer experience-and our new residential HVAC division's success.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Ideal Candidate:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">313D or 313A license</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">5 years of experience</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Valid driver's license and a clean driving record</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Must live in Ontario</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Having experience working directly with customers, fluency in the English language, with French-speaking being an asset, and the ability to use mobile phones/tablets for job assignments are a plus.
