Our expert team is looking for one (1) customer service manager - automobiles. DESCRIPTION OF TASKS - Plan and direct the daily operations of the service desk, ensuring vehicle intake and pickup processes are seamless; - Resolve escalated customer complaints regarding repairs, billing, or warranties; - Develop and implement customer service procedures; - Establish labour rates and pricing for common service packages and manage customer credit accounts; - Recruit, hire, and oversee service advisors and administrative staff; - Coordinate with the lead mechanic to ensure customer timelines; - Organize training for staff on new automotive software, customer communication techniques, and safety protocols; - Design and execute marketing campaigns; - Manage the department?s budget, authorize expenses, and monitor daily revenue targets; - Negotiate with parts suppliers and outside vendors; Education required: Secondary school diploma Language required: English Experience: At least seven years of related retail or wholesale sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility are required Personal suitability: Adaptability, Efficiency, Goal-oriented, Quick learner, Efficient interpersonal skills Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines Number of hours per week: 30 hours Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8h00 to 14h30 Salary: 42$/hr to 44$/hr Vacation: 2 weeks Benefits: None Expected start date: as soon as possible Work location: 306, Montfort St., Ottawa, Ontario, K1L 5N6 This employer is committed to employment equity and has an employment equity program for women, Indigenous people, visible minorities, ethnic minorities, and people with disabilities.
