Working closely with IT teams and business stakeholders, you will ensure reliable, high?quality solutions aligned with organizational goals. <br>Your role also includes leading the ERP development team, standardizing development practices and continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes. <br> <br>Key Responsibilities <br>Operations and Support Management <br> <br>Oversee the full lifecycle of ERP application support tickets, from intake through delivery and quality assurance. <br>Ensure timely resolution and high service?quality standards. <br> <br>System Delivery and Performance <br> <br>Define realistic delivery timelines, expectations and outcomes. <br>Ensure ERP solutions align with business objectives. <br>Monitor and maintain the quality and performance of development work. <br> <br>Process Optimization and Standardization <br> <br>Continuously improve and standardize ERP development processes using DevOps best practices. <br>Implement standards that promote consistency, efficiency and maintainability. <br>Drive continuous improvement across workflows and development practices. <br> <br>Team Leadership and Development <br> <br>Lead, coach and develop the ERP development team. <br>Conduct performance reviews, mentorship and skills development initiatives. <br>Promote a culture of collaboration, learning and quality. <br>Support the team in addressing and resolving complex technical challenges. <br> <br>Cross?Functional Collaboration <br> <br>Collaborate closely with architecture, IT leadership and DevOps stakeholders to align technological strategies. <br>Ensure technical decisions support long?term organizational objectives.</p> <strong>Your profile</strong> <p>Your Profile <br>Education and Experience <br> <br>Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field. <br>A master?s degree or certifications in DevOps, project management or related disciplines are an asset. <br>5-10 years of experience as a developer, with strong expertise in .NET technologies. <br>At least 2-3 years of management experience, preferably in a DevOps environment. <br>More than 3 years of experience working with ERP systems. <br> <br>Technical Skills <br> <br>Strong knowledge of ERP environments. <br>Experience with issue?tracking and collaboration tools. <br>Solid background in application development (C#, relational databases). <br> <br>Core Competencies <br> <br>Proven leadership and team?management skills with a focus on people development. <br>Strong organizational, analytical and problem?solving abilities. <br>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. <br>Deep understanding of modern DevOps methodologies, clean?code principles, code reviews and software development best practices.</p> <br><br>- Location LaSalle, QC
