*Cleaning Supervisor ? We?re looking for a driven *Cleaning Supervisor* who wants more than just a job ? someone excited to help build and grow a business from the ground up. This role offers a clear path into leadership, with *performance-based bonuses, increasing pay as the business grows, and potential future ownership opportunities*. *Key Responsibilities* · Supervise and support cleaning staff on-site * Perform cleaning duties to company standards when required * Ensure quality control across all job sites * Train and onboard new team members * Coordinate daily schedules and job assignments * Act as the main point of contact for clients during service delivery · *Prepare and deliver quotes for residential and commercial cleaning jobs* * Help identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase revenue *Requirements* · Previous experience in cleaning (residential or commercial) required * Supervisory or team lead experience preferred * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Comfortable interacting with clients and preparing job quotes * Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and lead a team · *Valid driver?s license and reliable vehicle (required)* *What We Offer* · *$20?$25/hour to start, with pay increases as the business grows* · *Performance-based bonus structure* (quality, client retention, and new work secured) * Immediate start * Clear path for *career growth into management* · *Potential for future ownership/equity participation* as the business scales * Hands-on role in building a new and ambitious company *How to Apply* If you?re ready to take ownership of your role and help grow a business, we want to hear from you.
