We cover the IT, development, business intelligence and infrastructure professions.</p> <strong>Mission</strong> <p>Mission <br>Reporting to IT leadership, you will design, maintain and secure technological infrastructures, including cloud environments, networks, servers and security tools. Your role covers three core areas: architecture, operations and cybersecurity. You will act as a technical expert, support the adoption of best practices, and assist internal teams in optimizing and securing deployed technologies. <br> <br>Key Responsibilities <br>Architecture (30%) <br> <br>Design infrastructure architectures including cloud?based technologies. <br>Develop proofs of concept to support new requirements or improve existing solutions. <br>Train and guide team members on the deployment and support of new technologies. <br>Document architectures and maintain all related documentation. <br>Define standards and technologies to be adopted in collaboration with IT management. <br>Configure and govern access policies within identity management platforms. <br> <br>Operations (40%) <br> <br>Manage the organization?s IT infrastructure, including networks, security platforms, servers and storage. <br>Ensure performance, availability and resilience of all IT systems. <br>Deploy monitoring tools to gain full visibility into the health of the technological environment. <br>Monitor and optimize network performance and troubleshoot issues efficiently. <br>Manage cloud infrastructures and optimize resource usage and costs. <br>Administer identity structures and manage roles and privileges. <br>Act as a subject?matter expert for Microsoft?based environments (Windows Server, Azure, O365, Intune). <br>Configure and maintain backup solutions aligned with operational needs. <br> <br>Cybersecurity (30%) <br> <br>Implement and manage security solutions: firewalls, antivirus, IDS/IPS, identity and access management. <br>Identify and remediate vulnerabilities across systems and applications. <br>Propose and implement improvements to strengthen the organization?s security posture. <br>Develop and enforce security policies and procedures. <br>Define incident?response plans and disaster?recovery strategies. <br>Maintain awareness of cybersecurity trends, threats and innovations. <br>Govern administrative access and firewall configuration rules. <br>Respond quickly to security incidents and lead investigations when required. <br>Oversee external managed?services providers responsible for firewall maintenance, system updates and security operations.</p> <strong>Your profile</strong> <p>Your Profile <br>Required qualifications <br> <br>Bachelor?s degree in computer science or equivalent experience. <br>At least 8 years of experience in infrastructure management, including a minimum of 2 years in cybersecurity. <br>Experience implementing governance practices and continuous?improvement initiatives. <br>Hands?on experience with cloud infrastructure management (Azure). <br>Experience participating in cybersecurity projects and policy development. <br>Experience managing infrastructure projects with external partners. <br>Strong knowledge of incident?management processes. <br>Comfortable working in a fast?changing and transformative environment. <br>Ability to balance operational activities with project?based work. <br> <br>Key competencies <br> <br>Strong analytical thinking and problem?solving skills. <br>Autonomy, initiative and technical leadership. <br>Adaptability and interest in emerging technologies. <br>Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. <- Location Montréal, QC
