Assess skill gaps with underwriting leaders and SMEs ? Conduct workflow mapping and learner assessments ? Design and develop eLearning and instructor-led content ? Manage stakeholder expectations and timelines efficiently ? Optimize courses for mobile delivery and accessibility Requirements: ? Degree in Instructional Design or related field ? 3-5+ years in corporate learning program design ? Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools ? Strong project management and communication skills ? Knowledge of underwriting concepts preferred Drive technical excellence and decision-making through effective instructional design and innovative learning strategies.- Location Winnipeg, MB
