Collaborate with internal teams on transactions ? Ensure accurate recordkeeping for audits and reporting Requirements: ? 3-5 years in corporate actions at a financial institution ? Hands-on experience with transaction types ? Knowledge of settlement systems like DTCC ? Effective communication skills across teams ?
